Mai Tai
The mai tai has seen a resurgence in popularity in recent years. Crafted from a quality rum or blend of rums, fresh lime juice, orange liqueur and orgeat, this “Tiki cocktail” is best-served over ice.

Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz rum
- ½ oz Grand Marnier Cordon Rogue
- ¾ oz fresh lime juice
- 1 oz orgeat syrup
- ½ oz dark rum
- Pineapple wedge, for garnish
- Maraschino cherry, for garnish
Directions
- Combine first four ingredients in a shaker filled with ice.
- Shake and strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
- Pour dark rum over a bar spoon to top.
- Garnish with skewered pineapple wedge and cherry.
