Pumpkin Pie Mai Tai
Change up your libation for your after-Thanksgiving dinner enjoyment. Pumpkin butter adds a sweet taste and creamy texture that combines with spiced rum to create a cocktail that rivals that slice of pie.

Ingredients
- 2 oz Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum
- 1 oz triple sec
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- ¾ Tbsp pumpkin butter
- Maraschino cherry, for garnish
- Mint sprig, for garnish
Directions
- Combine all ingredients, except for garnishes, in shaker filled with ice.
- Shake vigorously and strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
- Garnish with cherry and mint sprig.
