Three-Rum Drum
Go on a getaway to the tropics without leaving your backyard. Featuring three types of rum, fresh citrus juices and coconut cream, this recipe’s wonderful for one or mixed up as a batch for a crowd-pleasing punch.
Ingredients
- ¾ oz Bacardí Mango Rum
- ¾ oz Bacardí Spiced Rum
- ¾ oz Bacardí Limón Rum
- 1 oz orange juice
- ½ oz fresh lemon juice
- ½ oz cream of coconut
- Ginger ale
- Orange wheel, for garnish
- Star anise, for garnish
Directions
- Combine all ingredients, except for garnishes and soda, in a shaker filled with ice.
- Shake and strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
- Top with ginger ale.
- Garnish with orange wheel and star anise.
