Keystone Sour
Did you know that American rye whiskey got its start in Pennsylvania? Early in our country’s history, rye wheat crops thrived in the soil and climate of PA and surrounding states. Scottish and Irish immigrants took their distilling knowledge and crafted a whiskey using this abundant local ingredient.

Ingredients
- 2 oz rye whiskey
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- ¾ oz orange blossom honey
- Splash of warm water
- ½ oz malbec
- Maraschino cherry, for garnish
Directions
- Combine first four ingredients in a shaker; shake vigorously.
- Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
- Pour wine over the back of a bar spoon to top.
- Garnish with cherry.
