New York Sour
The best of both worlds — the New York Sour cocktail blends rye whiskey and cabernet sauvignon in the most beautiful way. Perfectly sweetened, and with a splash of lemon juice for some zing, this is a perfect cozy evening sip!

Ingredients
- 2 oz Dad’s Hat Rye Whiskey
- ¾ oz simple syrup
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- ½ oz Joseph Carr Cabernet Sauvignon
- Maraschino cherry, for garnish
Directions
- Combine first three ingredients in a shaker filled with ice.
- Shake and strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
- Pour wine over the back of a bar spoon to top.
- Garnish with cherry.
