Unicorn Colada
This magical cocktail has vibes of a traditional colada, but with a twist. Using gin, with its hints of juniper and peppercorn, instead of rum creates an unmatched complexity of flavor in this tropical drink — making it worthy of its mythical name!
Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz Beefeater London Dry Gin
- 1 ½ oz cream of coconut
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- ½ oz fresh lime juice
- 2 dashes orange flower water
- Strawberries, for garnish
Directions
- Combine all ingredients, except for garnish, in a shaker filled with ice.
- Shake and pour into a hurricane glass.
- Garnish with strawberries.
