Kildalton Cross
A cocktail for a discerning palate, indeed. Smoky scotch, with an ever-so-light vanilla influence, is the base. Sweet maple syrup and pear juice bring a balance of flavors to this layered and complex cocktail that’ll have you dreaming of a trip to the Kildalton Coast of Islay.

Ingredients
- 1 oz Ardberg Single Malt Scotch 10 Year Old
- 1 oz dry sherry
- ¾ oz pear juice
- ½ oz maple syrup
- ½ oz fresh lemon juice
- 3 dashes Angostura Bitters
- Orange peel, for garnish
Directions
- Combine all ingredients, except for garnish, in a shaker filled with ice.
- Shake and strain into a coupe glass.
- Garnish with orange peel.
