Smoke & Bubbles
This is a distinctive scotch and champagne cocktail! Flavors of apple, pear, honey, vanilla and a lingering hint of charred oak meld into each glorious effervescent sip that makes it perfect for toasting New Year’s Eve in style.
Ingredients
- 1 ¼ oz single malt scotch
- 2 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
- ½ oz rosemary honey
- ½ oz fresh lemon juice
- Moët & Chandon Impérial Champagne Brut
- Lemon twist, for garnish
- Rosemary sprig, for garnish
Directions
- Combine first four ingredients in a shaker filled with ice.
- Shake and strain into coupe glass.
- Top with champagne.
- Garnish with lemon twist and rosemary sprig.
