Vino Francesca
A little sweet and a little savory, along with whispers of summer berries and stone fruit on your palate. This cocktail is a lovely complement to goat cheese, fruits and blanched veggies.
Ingredients
- ½ oz honey
- ½ oz boiling water
- 2 sage leaves, plus 2 for garnish
- Josh Cellars Rosé
- Lemon twists, for garnish
Directions
- Muddle first three ingredients in a shaker.
- Add ice, shake and strain into wineglasses filled with fresh ice.
- Top with wine.
- Garnish with sage leaf and lemon twist.
