Tropical Hibiscus Rum Smash
Impress your friends with this surprisingly easy-to-craft cocktail that has a big WOW factor — it’s lightly sweet, fruity and floral. Add an evening of great conversation and a light salad of grilled chicken, berries and goat cheese for a memorable get-together.

Ingredients
- 2 lime wedges
- 5 fresh mint leaves
- 1 strawberry, sliced
- 2 oz Bacardí Superior Rum
- ¼ c coconut water
- ¼ c passion fruit juice
- Hibiscus tea*
- * Hibiscus tea: Boil 1 cup water in a saucepan. Remove from heat. Add 2 tablespoons hibiscus flowers and 2 teaspoons honey. Cover and steep for 10 minutes. Strain into a container and refrigerate.
Directions
- Muddle first two ingredients in a tall glass.
- Layer ice and strawberry slices.
- Add next three ingredients into prepared glass; stir gently.
- Top with hibiscus tea.
