Sauvignon Sunset
Imagine a warm breeze and cool sand between your toes. This tropical wine spritzer will take you away to an island paradise with each sip. 🍍🏝️
Ingredients
- ½ oz Domaine de Canton French Ginger Liqueur
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- ¼ oz rosemary syrup*
- 3 oz Franciscan Sauvignon Blanc Monterey County
- Club soda
- Pineapple slice, for garnish
- Rosemary sprig, for garnish
*Rosemary Syrup: Simmer 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water in a saucepan until sugar dissolves. Add ¼ cup rosemary sprigs; simmer for several minutes. Remove from heat, cover and let sit for 3 hours; discard sprigs. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Directions
- Combine first three ingredients in a shaker filled with ice.
- Shake and strain into a tall glass filled with fresh ice.
- Top with wine and club soda; stir.
- Garnish with pineapple slice and rosemary sprig.
