Rosemary Pear Fizz
A lovely addition to Sunday brunch or a special celebration. Buttery chardonnay and herbaceous gin mingle perfectly with sweet pear juice. It’s topped with a little brightness and fizz from lemon club soda, providing a sip that’s simply sublime.

Ingredients
- 3 oz Cupcake Vineyards Butterkissed Chardonnay
- 1 oz Aviation Gin
- 3 oz pear juice
- Lemon club soda
- Rosemary sprig, for garnish
- Pear slice, for garnish
Directions
- Combine first three ingredients in a rocks glass filled with ice; stir.
- Top with soda.
- Garnish with rosemary sprig and pear slice.
