Pinot Grigio Coconut Mojito
Mojitos are loved worldwide, but we’ve mixed things up with this recipe. Instead of rum, we’re using pinot grigio (gasp) and swapping in coconut milk for club soda (double gasp). You could say we “put the lime in the coconut” and shook it all up!
Ingredients
- 2 oz simple syrup
- 6 mint leaves, plus 1 sprig for garnish
- 3 lime wedges, plus 1 for garnish
- 2 oz coconut milk
- 3 oz Ménage à Trois Pinot Grigio
Directions
- Muddle first three ingredients in a shaker.
- Add next ingredient and fill with ice.
- Shake and pour into a Collins glass.
- Top with wine; stir gently.
- Garnish with mint sprig and lime wedge.
