Paloma
The Paloma is the most popular tequila-based cocktail in Mexico, and we can understand why! It’s sweet, sour, a little bitter and salty — plus with tequila and bubbles, what’s not to like? This classic cocktail is simple, refreshing and timeless.
Ingredients
- 2 ½ oz Jose Cuervo Tradicional Tequila Plata
- 3 oz grapefruit juice
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 oz soda water
- Grapefruit wedge, for garnish
Directions
- Combine first three ingredients in a shaker filled with ice.
- Shake and strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice.
- Top with soda water; stir.
- Garnish with grapefruit wedge.
