Hot Honey Paloma
Can you take the heat? Hot honey and Tajín add a kick to one of the most popular drinks in Mexico. It’s refreshing and bubbly — a must-have recipe in your cocktail repertoire.
Ingredients
- 2 ½ oz tequila blanco
- 2 ½ oz grapefruit juice
- 1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 Tbsp hot honey
- Club soda
- Grapefruit wedge, for garnish
- Tajín salt, for garnish*
- *Tajín salt: Combine 2 teaspoons Tajín seasoning and 1 teaspoon salt on a small plate.
Directions
- Rim a rocks glass with Tajín salt and fill with ice; set aside.
- Combine first four ingredients in a shaker.
- Shake vigorously and pour into prepared glass.
- Top with club soda.
- Garnish with grapefruit wedge.
