The 2020 Yarden Chardonnay shows off aromatic lemon, pear and pineapple fruit notes, layered with nuances of flowers, mineral and French oak. This balanced, full-bodied wine exhibits nice acidity and a lingering finish. While ready-to-drink now, the wine will continue to develop for a number of years in the bottle, and should stay in great drinking condition for five to seven years from harvest. Yarden Chardonnay goes wonderfully with roasted chicken with hazelnuts, pan-seared halibut fillets, smoked salmon mousse canapes or fettuccine with wild-mushroom sauce.
