A dark amber color with a floral nose and hints of vanilla bean and caramel pudding. Gives way to a floral palate with brown baking spices, browned butter, vanilla creme, caramel and a hint of cinnamon. A medium-length finish with toffee, spice and vanilla fade. Mix up the Brown & Gold Derby. Combine 2 oz bourbon, 1 oz grapefruit juice, ½ oz fresh lime juice and 1 oz honey lemon grass simple syrup in a shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.
