Winter Wonderland Margarita
There’s something magical about this cocktail. Lightly sweet with a citrus bite and a “snow” stopper presentation as cranberries and rosemary float on this winter wonderland in a glass.
Ingredients
- ⅓ c unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 ½ tsp granulated sugar
- 2 oz 818 Tequila Blanco
- ½ oz Malibu Coconut Rum
- ½ oz Combier d’Orange Liqueur
- ½ oz fresh lime juice
- Rosemary sprig, for garnish
- Cranberries, for garnish
- White sanding sugar, for garnish
Directions
- Add the first two ingredients in a saucepan and simmer for 1 minute; set aside to cool.
- Rim a coupe glass with sanding sugar; set aside.
- Combine all ingredients, except for garnishes, in a shaker filled with ice.
- Shake and strain into prepared glass.
- Garnish with rosemary sprig and cranberries.
