The name Gentil indicates a blend of at least 50% Alsace noble varietals (riesling, pinot gris, muscat or gewürztraminer). Maison Willm prefers using 80-90% of these noble varietals and completes the blend with pinot blanc for supple fruitiness. This way, the Gentil Willm offers a frank attack and, in the mouth is fresh, elegant, well-structured and harmonious.
