This bourbon has been produced in response to consumer requests for more well-aged and barrel-strength whiskey. We filled these particular barrels at 114 proof in 2010, but after more than twelve years of aging, the whiskey is now 124.7 proof.
Fragrant scents of toasted coconut, butterscotch and caramel. The palate tastes of mint, dark cherry and molasses. This whiskey has a full-bodied finish containing a hint of leather, nutmeg, toffee and vanilla.
It was an honor to accept a Double Gold medal for last year’s vintage in the 2022 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
