Orange, funky bright yellow in the glass, with a fine mousseux and delicate cloudiness. The nose is extremely mineral and clear. The animating acid picks up on the palate, surrounded by fine carbon dioxide. The structure is evident from the middle of the wine in the mouth with finely integrated grape tannins. The wine is juicy to the end but begs for a salty dish to accompany it.
