Cost:
Labels cost $3.00 per case of 24 labels. They are available in case lots only.
Payment must be made by Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express.
Where to Pick Up:
Wine and label orders must be picked up at the Fine Wine & Good Spirits store of your choosing.
Important:
Please note that we cannot ship labels or wine out of state. All orders must be received at least 15 working days prior to the date needed.
How to Order:
Labels only fit on 187 mL bottles. Wine and customized labels must be ordered at the same time through the PLCB SLO Section (i.e., on the same purchase request). Payment must be made by Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. All orders should be placed by mailing or faxing the order form to the address or fax number below.
