The Licensee will register as a customer and send an email to email@example.com with the logon id and LID number indicating that they wish to use this account for purchasing products from the FWGS site and receive their Licensee discount for qualifying orders. Confirmation and set up of the account will take 1 to 5 business days.
Placing an Order
The Licensee/customer will see their current license status when logging on from the My Account page. They will be able to place orders regardless of their status but will not get their Licensee Discount if their Licensee Order Status is inactive and/or they do not meet the minimum requirements for a licensee to receive a discount. The Licensee cannot take advantage of any other promotions that are being offered on the eCommerce site (for example free shipping promotion).
All sales must be placed and processed online at www.finewineandgoodspirits.com.
Paying for an Order
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card/Novus, or American Express. Your billing information will be kept on file to make your next purchase even easier.
Picking Up an Order
UPS 2-day ground service is offered to the Fine Wine & Good Spirits store of your choice. For orders received before noon Monday through Thursday, UPS will normally deliver within 48 hours. Please check which days a store is open when selecting your pick up location, and be sure to bring a valid picture ID for age verification with you when you pick up the product.
Tracking an Order
You can review the status of any order simply by clicking the My Account link at the top of every page. You will also receive an e-mail from UPS when they have picked up your order from our fulfillment center. It will contain a tracking number and a link to their web site, where you can track its movement to our store.
Sales Tax Pennsylvania applies a sales tax and in some local municipalities there is an additional local tax on wine and spirits. Currently the tax rate is 6% with an additional 1% local tax in Allegheny and Philadelphia counties. The city of Philadelphia charges a 2% Sales Tax.
Licensee/Permitee Return Policy
The returned merchandise must be a current stock item.
The returned merchandise must have been purchased within the last 30 days, unopened, saleable, and purchased as a result of a store error in preparing the order.
