Watermelon Sugar-ito
Watermelon’s a summer standard with its refreshing, thirst-quenching qualities. Add that to a mix of sweet white wine and rum for a captivating sip that’s perfect for those sultry summer days.
Ingredients
- 10 mint leaves, plus 1 for garnish
- ½ Tbsp fresh lime juice
- 4 oz Jam Cellars Sugar Sweet White
- 2 oz Plantation Rum 5 Year Old
- 4 oz watermelon puree
- Watermelon cube, for garnish
- Lime wheel, for garnish
Directions
- Muddle first two ingredients in a Mason jar.
- Add rest of ingredients, except for garnishes, and ice; stir.
- Garnish with skewered watermelon cube, mint leaf and lime wheel.
