Watermelon Firecracker
This colorful cocktail explodes with the bright and refreshing flavors of cucumber-infused vodka mixed with the slightly sweet, vibrant taste of watermelon. A hint of lime makes for a tangy touch.
Ingredients
- 2 cucumber slices, plus more for garnish
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 2 oz Irvine's Vodka
- 1 oz simple syrup
- 5 oz watermelon juice
- Watermelon wedge, for garnish
- Sugar and salt mixture, for garnish
Directions
- Rim a Mason jar with sugar and salt mixture; set aside.
- Muddle first two ingredients in a shaker.
- Add next three ingredients into shaker and add ice.
- Shake and strain into prepared glass filled with fresh ice.
- Garnish with watermelon wedge and cucumber slice.
