Our 100% cabernet sauvignon is made only with cabernet sauvignon grapes picked at the peak of ripeness from California vineyards. The pure expression of the varietal’s naturally complex flavors of blackberry, raspberry and bell pepper are rounded out with a hint of vanilla from aging in French and American oak.
