Nicely balanced with aromas of white flowers, an almond nose and a certain length in the mouth. A wine with an opulent aromatic register that's mainly oriented when young on flint. Lively palate full of complexity, a very elegant wine. It's one of the best climats in Meursault Village. Pairs well with sushi, freshwater fish in white sauce or pasta and risottos with seafood, cheeses from the Gruyère, blue cheese and goat cheese family.
