Unflavored Brandy

Brandy is distilled from wine. Commonly, brandies are made from grape wines, but there are also apple, cherry, pear and other fruit brandies. It's best enjoyed sipped from a snifter and is surprisingly mixable in cocktails like the Brandy Alexander.
