Intense cherry red color, deep, bright, attractive with good tear and beautiful presentation. Presence of ripe red fruit (blackberry, cherries in liquor) accompanied by spicy and balsamic aromas, scrub, leather and licorice. On the palate it's a well-structured wine, very elegant and expressive. Pairs well with red meat roasted with aromatic herbs, cured cheeses, fatty fish with tomato sauces, Jumillano gazpacho and Iberian sausage.
