Product Highlights
The perfect blend of three champagne grape varieties, chardonnay, pinot noir and pinot meunier, Champagne Thiénot Brut is a wine of great harmony, with roundness and finesse and in its spring-like freshness. Golden in appearance, with a powerful nose with hints of pipped-fruit jam, apples and quince. Rounded and long on the palate, with a succession of apple and pear, fresh-fruit fragrances. Persistent bead of bubbles with a creamy mousse. Serve as an aperitif with tapas, Bellota Bellota jam or tuna peppers.

Expert Reviews
The NV Thienot Champagne Brut tastes like a baby Krug with its rich, nutty, powerful style. Ample apple and citrus fruits as well as a touch of minerality develop with time in the glass, and it’s medium to full-bodied, has a awesome texture, and a great finish. This cuvée is 45% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir, and the balance Pinot Meunier, mostly from Grand Cru sites, and it was brought up all in stainless steel. The dosage is 9 grams per liter.
