Brown sugar and dried fruit define the nose, with caramel, toasted almond and buttery cinnamon oak on the palate, leading to a lingering finish with hints of tobacco and coconut. Try a Negroni Paradiso. Combine equal parts rum, sweet vermouth and amaro in a mixing glass with ice. Shake then strain over large cube in a rocks glass. Garnish with an orange twist.
