Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz Ardbeg Wee Beastie Islay Single Malt Scotch 5 Year Old
- 1 oz apple cider
- 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
- Anise star, for garnish
- Cinnamon stick, for garnish
- Apple chunks, for garnish
Directions
- Combine all ingredients, except for garnishes, in a mixing glass filled with ice.
- Stir and stain into a wineglass.
- Garnish with anise star, cinnamon stick and apple chunks.
