This is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon made with fruit from some highly regarded vineyards: Lawrence, Weinbau, Bacchus and Quintessence. The wine's aromatics include an exotic combination of sweet boysenberries and tart nectarines. Bittersweet dark chocolate and a wisp of white sage incense also make an appearance. The wine's ample tannic structure provides a sturdy frame for copious amounts of black cherry and cranberry fruit. Citrus, coffee and cinnamon-spice notes hover in the background.
