While the nose is a bit earthy and brambly, there's plenty of zesty lemons and lime flavor on the palate of this off-dry wine. It's light-bodied and juicy with a lacy sugariness that lingers on the finish. Pairs well with sushi, apple, prosciutto, arugula salad, pork schnitzel and shrimp tempura.
