This dark crimson gem is a fantastic value. Aromas of black cherries, violets, dark chocolate and bone broth are worth the bottle price all by themselves. Raspberry, vanillin and cedar flavors are backed by grippy tannins and brisk acidity. Give it another year of rest, then watch out.
