Like slicing into a green bell pepper, this has a crisp summer veg vibe from the get-go that never feels reductive or forced. Add snap pea and green bean to the list, too. There's fruit aplenty as well, in the form of passion fruit and guava. The acidity is currently piercing, but give this another few months in the bottle and it should settle. The juicy fruit really shines on the palate.
