On the nose is orange peel, lemon zest and molasses. The palate is a bold blend of black pepper, coriander seeds and maple syrup. A well-rounded finish with mint, tobacco leaf and oak.
This collection of rye whiskey barrels was filled in the spring of 2003 and 2004 and carefully selected for this batch. The Sazerac Rye 18 Year Old has twice been named in the top three finest whiskeys in the world by the Whiskey Bible.
