The Santa Ema Reserva Chardonnay is an intense golden yellow in color with aromas that feature delicate notes of honey, ripe tropical fruit like banana, pineapple and passionfruit and vanilla, as well as the toasted notes from the oak. It’s fresh and crisp on the palate with good balance and pleasant finish. The wine is perfect for oily fish with sauce, shellfish or crab au gratin, white meats and aged cheeses. Aged eight months in American and French oak.
