Sandy Cove comes from selected vineyards that are farmed certified sustainably. The fruit is picked at ultimate ripeness and with the high natural acidity typical of the region. It's a balanced and elegant style, but still packs the refreshing punch that is classic Marlborough sauvignon blanc. Fermented and aged briefly in stainless steel on its lees.
