Ready-to-Drink Cocktails (RTDC)

Ready-to-Drink Cocktails, or RTDC, are spirits-based pre-mixed cocktails ranging from 0.5% alcohol beverage by volume (ABV) to 12.5% ABV in original containers up to 16 oz. These products were defined in 2024, PA law, a subset of Prepared Cocktails.
