Ashley and Holly Ratcliff play an outsize role in shifting perception of the Riverland from bulk-producing region to something much more interesting and innovative. This is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc, White Frontignac and Fiano. Give it a moment to open once poured and then take in the Muscaty perfume. Like your nana's potpourri sachets dropped onto the crush pad at harvest time, it's a heady combo of fresh lychee, honeysuckle, rose water and cardamom. There's lovely acidity and subtle texture. The palate is less bombastic than the nose, but the fruity, floral, spicy vibes are there nonetheless. Ridiculously gluggable.
