Redbreast Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey is distilled at Midleton Distillery located in Midleton, County Cork, Ireland, which also produces Jameson and Tullamore Dew. The whiskey is aged at least 21 years and uses both a malted barley and an unmalted barley mashbill. The whiskey is 92 proof, non-chill filtered, and is triple distilled in copper pot stills.
