We’re turning up “The Heat” with this cocktail that’ll have your taste buds dancing! It’s a blend of cool, refreshing coconut and pineapple that finishes with a jalapeño kick.
- 2 jalapeño wheels, plus more for garnish
- 1 ½ oz 1800 Coconut Tequila
- 1 ½ oz pineapple juice
- ¾ oz fresh lime juice
- Lime wheel, for garnish
- Muddle jalapeño wheels in a shaker.
- Add rest of ingredients, except for garnishes, and ice.
- Shake and pour into a rocks glass.
- Garnish with additional jalapeño and lime wheels.
