Strawberry Sunshine
Serve this cocktail after your meal for a palate-pleasing dessert that isn’t too rich or heavy. Lemon sorbet, strawberry syrup and Matua Rosé blend to create a drink that’s as bright as sunshine.
Ingredients
- 1 scoop lemon sorbet
- ½ oz strawberry syrup
- 1 oz orange juice
- Matua Rose Marlborough
- Strawberry, for garnish
Directions
- Scoop sorbet into a martini glass; set aside.
- Combine next two ingredients in a shaker.
- Shake and pour over sorbet into prepared glass.
- Top with wine.
- Garnish with a strawberry.
