Stinger
The stinger cocktail has a lost history. What we do know is it was an after-dinner drink made popular in New York during the 1920s. It’s simple to make and more than a digestif — try it at your next brunch. The combination of brandy and mint will delight your taste buds.

Ingredients
- 1 ¾ oz brandy
- ¾ oz white creme de menthe
Directions
- Chill a martini glass; set aside.
- Combine both ingredients in a shaker filled with ice.
- Shake and strain into prepared glass.
