Luck of the Irish
The Luck of the Irish cocktail blends smooth Irish whiskey with bright tangerine and a hint of maple sweetness. A frothy texture from egg white rounds it out, while mint and citrus garnishes add a refreshing, aromatic touch.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Writers’ Tears Copper Pot Irish Whiskey
- 2 oz tangerine juice
- ½ oz fresh lime juice
- ½ oz maple syrup
- 1 egg white
- Tangerine slice, for garnish
- Mint sprig, for garnish
- Gold sanding sugar, for garnish
Directions
- Rim a coupe glass with gold sugar and chill.
- Combine all ingredients, except for garnishes, in a shaker; shake vigorously.
- Add ice and shake again.
- Strain into prepared glass.
- Garnish with tangerine slice and mint sprig.
