Jack Frost
This cocktail is a showstopper. The ice blue hue and snow-white coconut flakes look like a winter wonderland in a glass, and its tropical taste will transport you to the islands. Chill out with this drink year-round.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Bacardí Superior Rum
- 1 oz Bols Blue Curaçao Liqueur
- 2 oz pineapple juice
- 1 oz cream of coconut
- ¾ c ice
- Coconut flakes, for garnish
Directions
- Rim a wineglass with coconut flakes; set aside.
- Combine all ingredients, except for garnish, in a blender.
- Blend until smooth and pour into prepared glass.
