Gone with the Wine
Pay tribute to a literary classic with our Gone with the Wine sangria! Lambrusco mixes with orange liqueur, chopped fruit and ginger ale to create a masterpiece of flavor with each sip. Mix up a batch for your next book club meeting.
Ingredients
- 750-mL bottle Riunite Lambrusco Emilia
- 2 oz Cointreau Liqueur
- 1 apple, chopped
- 1 pear, chopped
- 1 orange, chopped
- 3 c ginger ale
Directions
- Fill a pitcher halfway with ice.
- Combine first five ingredients in pitcher; stir.
- Top with ginger ale.
- Serve in rocks glasses.
