Creolo Cocktail
Mardi Gras is French for “Fat Tuesday.” Our Creolo Cocktail is a New Orleans favorite for Carnival celebrations. It’s light and refreshing — the perfect balance to spicy, rich Creole cuisine.
Ingredients
- 3 lemon wedges, plus 1 slice for garnish
- 5 mint leaves, plus 1 sprig for garnish
- ¼ oz Tres Agaves Organic Agave Nectar
- 1 ½ oz Bacardí Spiced Rum
- 1 oz club soda
Directions
- Muddle first three ingredients in a shaker.
- Fill shaker with ice and add rum.
- Shake, then add club soda and pour into a rocks glass.
- Garnish with lemon slice and mint sprig.
