Bunny Mary
This seasonal twist on a cocktail classic is surprisingly fresh, spicy and so good! 🐇🥕 The Tajin salt provides that extra kick to put a hop in your step. Perfect for your spring brunch.

Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz Platinum 7X Vodka
- 3 oz carrot juice
- ½ oz honey syrup*
- ½ oz fresh lemon juice
- ¼ tsp pickle juice
- 1 tsp hot sauce
- Parsley sprig, for garnish
- Tajin salt, for garnish**
*Honey syrup: Combine ½ cup honey with ½ cup water in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir until honey is dissolved. Remove from heat, pour into an airtight container, let cool to room temperature, then refrigerate.
**Tajin salt: Combine 2 teaspoons Tajin seasoning and 1 teaspoon salt on a small plate.
Directions
- Rim Collins glass with the Tajin salt and fill with ice; set aside.
- Combine all ingredients, except for garnishes, in a shaker filled with ice.
- Shake and strain into prepared glass.
- Garnish with a parsley sprig.
